Criteria:

At least 10 years experience in a sales environment
Minimum diploma holder or higher technical / academic qualifications
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and customer focused skills

Production Manager

Manufacturing Division

Main Responsibilities:

Running of furniture manufacturing plant including hardwood, joinery, system furniture and custom projects
Overseeing production of furniture and related products
Responsible for managing production schedules, workforce and quality of product

Criteria:

Minimum of 7 years in the manufacturing industry and for reputable companies
Minimum diploma holder or higher technical / academic qualifications
Ability to continuously train and upgrade technical team

Field Sales Manager

Hardware Division - Nairobi

Main Responsibilities:

Developing and managing field sales strategy
Building sales team and managing performance
Based on field and able to generate and convert leads into sales

Criteria:

Minimum 5 years in field sales preferably hardware market
Strong network and contacts to develop sales readily
Strong planning and organizational skills
